Our
History

Miss Meghan’s Lobster Catch began as a family business started by Meghan and her family shortly before her 12th birthday. Meghan first started lobstering at just 8 years old alongside her father, Jay, with her student lobstering license. They kept their boat in Pine Point, Scarborough, and harvested lobsters off the coast of Old Orchard Beach. Meghan still proudly holds her commercial lobstering license today. Miss Meghan’s Lobster Catch continues to provide fresh lobsters straight from the boat in Cape Porpoise, Maine.
